I have been a fan of Action since I played Action Half-Life many, many moons ago in high school.

I had heard about development of AHL2 years ago but never thought it would be finished! Well done!!! You have got some serious steam to devote yourself to such a concept for almost ***two decades***.

the whole question of legality is very long and very complicated. the short answer is that standingcow was incorrect.

mostly because of this:

this would be false.

the only person that had any real legal authority over the IP granted that to the firearms 2 team; this was found as the result of a lengthy legal battle iirc.
