You need two things!
1 -Yes first you need an external emulator.
My suggestion would be to run
1964GEPD with mousehook, but if you use another emulator should work fine.
2 - My File , load the file I present here into 1964GEPD with mousehook and play Goldeneye with new sound fx adjusted firing rates and magazine capacities as well as an adjusted game viewing angle of all guns in the game! this means that you will now see the entire models of the guns instead of just the "lowered to the waist" position the game was at release.
The viewing angle is more modern but the stunning is now a bit different as well try it out. love it or hate it key is here let me know!

I'm a diehard Doom fan , I recently got re-interested being introduced to Brutal Doom. I have to give Sgt mark IV a shout out as i probably wouldn't have played Doom for as many hours as i now have! Thanks man this mod rocks!
