Hi! Is SCUD special unit for any of GLA generals? Will it have only chemical warheads or it will be able to use explosions also? Will it have some scraps like nuclear warhead of chinese scrap or neutron warhead? :D i like your idea that you include tier 3 artillery in 1.9 :)
