I am a huge Inquisition fan, I know you will be revamping them come 1.74, just curious if there is anything in store for his holiness for 1.73. I only ask this because the last update was 9/10 factions done, just curious if that was intentional.

Those aren't really patch notes. Something like this

"All factions will be heavily balanced." isn't what they usually post with their updates. "Bikes health decreased, cost increased." This type of update usually is.

Also it's not posted here

Question: You guys mentioned an Inquisition revamp or some significant changes to the faction. Is that going to be in 1.73?

Also.. I'm upgraded to 1.72.7 and for some reason the Daemon faction is selectable, yet in the patch notes it says it's "restricted". I'm assuming you mean by restricted you mean it's not balanced? Or is my version of the game jacked up some how?

The hero nukes are relatively lower level, and it's not the bomb during or at the fight, in fact it's better to just move your forces away from the bomb then take a stab at destroying. Trying to drop the bomb mid fight is a waste of time/firepower most of the time I've found.

I was mostly talking about Hero's that can sneak into your base, place a nuke, with little to no opposition. Then destroy half of your base. If anyone loses half of their army to a nuke in a open field fight I personally believe it's their own fault, but placing a nuke somewhere in the back of someones base and detonating it requires very little skill vs reward in my opinion and does not allow the defender hardly anytime to destroy it. Even if the base had some form of defense built, it still wouldn't be nearly enough to down the nuke.

I would understand this nuke option to be used at later tiers, but the nukes come in at a level that conventional warfare is still predominately used.

I am solely speaking on multi player balance, not AI balance since I primarily play multi player games then against AI.

Hey guys, was there any talk of nerfing the explosives heros can place down and detonate? The problem in multi player games that I've found is that you need heavy firepower to down that thing before it explodes. The bomb is already infiltrated, as is, you need a whole army to destroy it within time as well.

Nerfing the HP slightly, or increasing the time to react, or nerfing the overall damage would be more beneficial in my opinion. Since out of the many many many games I have played with a close group of 6, very very very rarely have we been able to destroy the bomb in time before it detonates. The bomb's damage can be catastrophic and end the game as well if placed remotely intelligently. Just my 2 cents.

I noticed alot of Space Marine/Chaos Space Marine changes, I just wanted to let you guys be aware that the Grey Knights weren't mentioned at all (part of the Inquisition) in the change log, I wouldn't want all the Space Marine changes to not effect the Grey Knights who are arguably stronger then both Chaos/Loyalist space marines. If anything they should be even less in number and stronger in power per unit.

Huge fan of this mod, made an account on here just to let you guys know you are doing a fantastic job. I play DOW mods with a group of friends all the time, only reason why we had to stop playing this mod is some of the grossly overpowered heros at times, and some OP races (hard to fight back Necron rushes). We would love to test the alpha out and give you guys some multi-player feed back on what we feel is balanced and not balanced. All six of us are DOW vets.
