I'm stuck too, at the part where you have to get fuel and oxygen to the rocket. I found the oxygen switch but the fuel is nowhere to be found.

No, it is Source. The maps and models were just ported. You can it's Source by the better lighting and shadows.

Animation order doesn't make any difference with NPCs, only with players and weapons. This'll be because the animation for this scripted sequence has the incorrect name.

Why couldn't Valve have put this much detail into Half-Life 2? They created an engine and only used about 25% of its true potential in their game that people were paid to make, while this, a fan-made mod made for free, uses close to 100% of it.

No, they're arms from the HD pack, improved by Ambient.Impact from the Half-Life Improvement Team and reskinned by H4wk. The Opposing Force Redux arms are soldier arms, seeing as it's a pack for Opposing Force.

Learn how to spell, learn how to not use capitals for everything, learn to use the correct amount of exclamation marks (one only), learn how to use other punctuation and don't just say "OMG MAEK ME TIS MOD!!!!!!!!!!!!111£%%", and maybe people will take you seriously.

I hope to see a big Episode 2-style sequence here, with more interaction between the scientist and the tentacle than in the original game.
The AI doesn't look any different to a citizen or combine soldier's AI, apart from them retaliating when shot. Also, they shouldn't instantly try to kill you if you shoot them once, as this will make it very annoying if you accidentally hit one in crossfire.
