most likely, we will have only one campaign, it will be taking place at the beginning of the third age, when arnor is at the height of its power,
the island of numenor wont be in it, however the faction will still remain as a fleet (horde) style nation, just for some extra flavor in the campaign... for now this is the direction we are going with the campaign, but it is not absolute.

there is more being developed, the pace has just slowed down is why its taking so long...

sorry for the very late reply, we usually use our discord to communicate with our community, the settings should be fine, there are alot more settings that make up a computer than just the processor and graphics card, such as ram...

if by company you mean campaign? yes campaign exists as an early alpha build... it is still in development, and has alot of work to be done till its polished.

there are times where people are not playing, you just have to catch them at the right time, or join our discord to set up games with players more easily

its more likely that you are not setting the correct city size or culture, but if that is not the case then yes you have installed the mod incorrectly.
