So a quick question, not sure if this is intentional or not.
I just played some of new patch 3 with hotfixes and I noticed that the Demo & Toxin general power trees seem incomplete?

Salvage drop only has 1 level, Demo general also only has 1 level of mines he can deploy.

I watched a Youtuber play toxin and it is the same for him. Is this intentional?

For instance your opponent got some rebels in your base without you noticing they begin capturing a building, and thus your main forces are too far away from where the enemy is capturing the building, this ability "Danger Close Barrage" is perfect for this kind of situation and many others.
