This is very interesting to me. I've had a Mega Drive as long as I can remember and I've always been interested in "homebrew" type games for old consoles. Post lots of updates!

Ok weirdly reconnecting the floating wire only makes a difference if you broke it on ground level. If you break and reconnect it in the air it does what you would expect.

At the very least, the current Ctrl+RMB is backwards to every other program. The mouse shouldn't move the camera, it should move the world, and in a way less slidy fashion. Every single time I move the camera I first move it in the wrong direction because the controls are reversed to normal...

Also, you must have some simulation errors. I tried making a JK flip-flop as per the Wikipedia image (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:JK_flip-flop_NAND.svg) but it didn't work and seemed to do strange things.

Here's a screenshot of my attempt: I1130.photobucket.com

To replicate, build that and then break the wire in the air. Both sides are unlit, right? So connecting the two sides shouldn't make the circuit change state, right? Wrong. The simulation doesn't work.

Ok so it's looking pretty good (severe Minecraft Modpack memories... ah the days of Tekkit) and it's a game I've always considered making (being a programmer myself)... but the camera controls are horrible. You need to offer a first-person mode, where the mouse always rotates the camera and WASD move it (with a toggle - maybe space or tab - to unlock the cursor). That would be so much more intuitive.

(Now that I'm actually logged in...) No, no I'm not. I just checked. The problem is still there.

Outland's what? Outland's WHAT??

(Features page, "Outlands" has an apostrophe - I'll never understand why people insist on putting apostrophes where they don't make sense...)

I looked at the screenshots and my first thought was how much it looks like Age Of Mythology! The art style is almost identical. If I didn't know any better, I would have assumed they were AOM screenshots!

Given the similarities to AOM, I'm assuming you've played it before. It's one of my favourite games. If you can achieve AOM-quality gameplay and graphics, then I'll love you forever :)
