Just remember to bring your escorts along and it won't be a waste of a shiny battleship.

I take it the tier 5 Power is the Stargate Superlaser from SGA
given the limited angles of fire it will be good to place it in between a pair of destroyers for dual broadsides. And with those shields It will survive it as well :)
Just to wade in here, I almost always play with a mouse and keyboard, but sometimes I like to relax in my chair and mix it up a bit.

Glorious model, probably the best version of the MC80 I've ever seen, I do think the turrets look a little bit long, they do tend to stand out, not sure if that is intended or not?
Kinda reminds me, loosely of course, of the gravity drive from the Event Horizon

I've thought about this forever, a ship that solely relies on ions. It would be brilliant to be able to hyperspace in, bring down a targets shields and hyper out. As far as I'm aware no-one has been able to create that affect for EAW.
(being able to remove ships from the battlefield, without destroying them or retreating entirely)
Universal got into a flap about people making their own content about a year ago and issued cease and desist orders on all mods using the intelectual property. there was a good Nexus: the jupiter incident mod that praticually suffered and Fleet Commander ground to a halt.
Its pretty unfair since no-one profited from these mods. I hope the same doesnt happen a second time round with Fleet Commander.
I guess it was inevitable. its not like they are bringing out a decent game or anything. BSG:O is a massive pile of.... you get the idea.

I think I can say that the community appreciates this opportunity for input into your mod, I downloaded the addons from the nexus and it was of good quality. I know ModDB can be imperfect sometimes but it is a solid community on the whole.
