Chaosoft Games' most recent title is EvilQuest, an action/RPG with retro bit-style graphics. EvilQuest puts a twist on the genre by placing the player in the role of a villain bent on world domination rather than the traditional role of a hero saving the world. Chaosoft Games consists of the two founding members, Forrest McCorkle (Lead Programmer, Music) and Josh Ferguson (Lead Artist, Music/Sound, as well as Michael Hogan (artist). EvilQuest launched on Xbox Live Indie Games on January 4, 2012 and is available for 80 MSP ($1 US). A PC version of EvilQuest will follow soon.

Chaosoft Games announces the completion and release of EvilQuest for Xbox Live Indie Games for the price of 80 Microsoft Points ($1.00 US). EvilQuest will be available for purchase on Xbox Live on January 4, 2012. A PC port will follow soon and is already in the works.

EvilQuest is a retro-styled 2D Action/RPG that allows the player to cast aside the traditional "hero" role that is often forced on RPG fans. As the dark knight Galvis you will escape from prison, take revenge on all who wronged you, and unlock the secret of 4 legendary seals to gain ultimate power.

EvilQuest launches almost exactly 1 year after the project started and all the members of the Chaosoft Games team are extremely proud of the finished product as well as excited about the release.

We've recently launched an all-new EvilQuest Trailer Video

and have totally re-vamped the Chaosoft Games website.

Check out the game and spread the word about EvilQuest!
