I did do some digging and found the smaller version though.

Also, I saw that you asked about how to make blood splatter in the air.
Okay, first you go to the emitter tool and spawn an emitter with the "blood" effect. Then you spawn your ragdoll and pose it. Then you use "No Collide" on the Ragdoll and the emitter and place the emitter near or inside the ragdoll. When you go to take the picture the emitter will not show up but the effect that it emits will.
I'm a seasoned Gmodder so if you need any help with anything else in Gmod, I'm glad to render assistance. :)
