I was taught to use all your finger for the keys, thumbs for space bar.

I get an average of 60 wpm when there is a lot of punctuation, probably about 70 without it. The tests I took seemed to force as much punctuation as they could.

I was using the unreal editor before, and then switching to unity for a project I'm currently on
but will be going to UDK for future projects.
