In hl2 storyline every map had own 'preset' of daytime.
This is cool feature for custom mods or new game but in our case we don't need it.
Really like the locations design, much love to original :)

Which fixes is needed to include?
Some might be fixed with mappad on map spawn, we only noticed fps drops on several maps in HL2U.
Sound very good, i always wanted to see\play from Black Ops perspective, but other mods dont give me that feeling (too short or so away from classic level design, story) but this one is realy gives me hope, with Race X on it... this should be awesome.

I mean do you have a coder at least? Most of mechanics and NPCs in DEV ep4 videos is not simply scripted characters, it needs more attention.
Plus... how do you make unseen before fight with infected Grigori written in script of ep4?
I think Mike didn't played fallout 4 and answer is a bit incorrect.
The game is not designed to have rpg or craft\modify parts of every weapon, we also didn't try to let player do this in-game.
Mike says right about script customization and addons, but this is a big difference.

Немного странно, но я отвечу:
В плане оружия цель была не кастомизация каждого ствола, а создание цельного арсенала как в классических играх, вдохновляясь HL Opposing Force.
(Тем не менее кастомизация о которой был вопрос реализована в HL2 Overcharged, которая собственно и включила в себя все наработки из Modding Base, только речь не про автомат в дробовик, а про custom класс оружия на котором можно сделать своё)
Исходный код закрыт по одной простой причине - я лично проверил каждого ключевого моддера среди Российских и зарубежных мододелов и считаю что только 2-3 человека реальной шарят в кодинге, вот с ними собственно и работаю сейчас, остальным вносить свои корявые правки в код не стоит.

Do you playing Steam or Moddb version?
Steam will have the latest version, it has adjusted balance & map details, usually if you didn't use noclip every script should works fine.
By the way, i looking for Captain re-voice actor with english accent, strong voice is preferred.

Thats weird, i mean this it seems a shader problem, but all resources is included, not missing.
I tested the build on different PCs but never seen such of problem like that by myself.
Because this is older build, better check the Steam version, it has several patches included and it's standalone.

So much dreaming i think. Gunman was a classic shooter back in the days, there is minor chances to get a proper remake and personaly i didn't recommend to use Source (at least wait for Source 2 engine).
Just because new technologies can offer better graphical features and in theory can enhance Gunman story to the next level.
Because this stuff is so outdated and Capcom rather make his own RE4 Remaster (somewhere in 2021) rather than diggin cut-alpha content?

Reminds me Crysis 2 levels, which has good detail work, just like in this scene. Bravo to the level designer.
I put my word to discussion.
First we almost finished of remastering default weapon models and animations too. All people contributions included.
Second - we made 3 optional addons 1) C17 animation set
2) Black Mesa Gun replacement and 3) (unofficial) MMod animation set.
Plus after releasing i think some folks probably create more addons like 'Beta guns', 'Half Life lowpoly pack' and other for oldschool players.

We place extra health & ammo in different places on the maps where player will be teleported.
