It is located in the "RaW Installation Guide" folder within "2011-06-05-Republic_At_War_Install.RAR" file.

The Games AI works just perfectly.
You must run the installer to install the AI, and the custom maps.
If you don't use te installer, the mod will use the standard FOC AI.
And then copy Republic at War into the Mod folder.
For me it works.
