As the beggining of minecraft mostly maybe about 50 000 or even less people knew about it..I learned of minecraft in the summer of 2010 and the first videos i EVER saw was in the summer of 2010..Even with that when i started playing i was like oh my god this is so fun..After a while the game gets boring because it's just build and explore..But minecraft is getting more and more stuff..

Graphics:Just don't say the graphics are bad because these textures themselves are verry advanced to make even if 8-Bit like..When you can make a texture with so many diferent colour blocks than you should talk..The explosions and other things themselves are verry fun to see..

A.I.:The AI in the game is truly magnificent..Altough the cows are a bit crazy the rest of the guys are pretty fun..The enemies you'll encounter are actually building tactics themselves..Creepers may do a smart tactic where a creeper is distracting you and another one explodes to kill you..The nether enemies are suprisingly..uuh..dangerous..Ghasts are so HUGE and the zombie pigmen are dangerous if threaten..

Terrain generator:If you think this game is lego than proove it by showing a terrain generator this well made..There are many custom terrain generators but compared to the actual one they aren't that great..Altough a few generator errors it works perfectly..

Crafting:This is probably one of the rarest things done in any game..It's intresting how it goes:Get some wood,build a workbench,find some coal and build house..

Copies and orginals:Lately minecraft is rich of many copies,some of which are terrible on quality..But ONE game is verry original way before minecraft in 2007..It's a free game called Stranded II which has crafting,baddies and building..Some would say that it's copied from minecraft..But it actually is an oblivion like in terrain game with MC elements and RPG elements..All i say is about this topic is:Minecraft wasn't the first game to have this concept but there are some that ARE copied..

Models:9
Models were great..For the age of this mod i'm suprised some mods can't even get a litle bit close to them..Altough the skeletons are similiar to vortiguants (They are reskinned vortiguants)the fleesh creeature sounds just makes it scary..I say models are HD enough and that you don't need UD to play but just the good old models..
Gameplay:10
Gameplay is amazing..When you think that you've seen everything in the episodes something new appears..Like in episode 3 Rude awakening where from a hospital you end up in a zombie farm..Gameplay was made specifically for this kind of stuff..It was great..
Story:10
This mod has a deep story..As you go further into the mod and reach episode 2 you find out that doctor Franklin found a special chemical that brings back corpses to life and that that's how the cheriff was zombified..
Maps:9
Maps were almost perfect..They could get confusing sometimes but the reason i don't give it 9 out of 10 is because the trees could use a lil more detail but everything else is set great..The detail in episode 1 to episode 3 is increasing..
Sounds:10
Sounds are amazing..The voice actors knew what to do..The heads that talk really are creepy and the frankenstein monsters are amazing on voice..The skeletons can creep you out by saying "fleeeesh cretuuure" or "so fat" or even "aaaah fleeesh"..
Props:10
This mod has allot of props..From what i see even in episode 1 they're rich on them..Episode 3 just shows off major props like the steam engine they made..All i can say is props look great..

For players:Please play this mod..Once you do you won't stop untill you realise it's so great..Who ever thinks this mod isn't good must have bad taste because this is "one of those" mods which doesn't seem to mess up anything and is ballanced..This mod should've ben declaired a stand-alone game or expansion..Moddb users who read this..Please vote 10 and play it!

Aaaah USS darkstar,it's a really ancient mod just like they hunger,and yet again it's quality is still great!Unlike most mods this one is set in a prety nice different style of level design and PC gamer loved this mod as much as they hunger tehehehehe.
Maps 9.5-Well,prety much maps in this mod try to do their own style,the ship feels crampt and there's not that much space to take cover in and yet it actually features huge paths.The issue is trying to find the correct path and it usually ends up with you geting lost sometimes,finding the right path could be hard but overall maps are good.
Models ...-Well...err...there's not allot to say about custom models,it's all mostly half-life/beta stuff in the mod.Not much to say here.
Textures 10-Even though i didn't see as many custom textures i have to say they did a very nice job of just texture placement compared to other mods,very well thought of places to put textures and just enjoying the way they've put them to try and create this ship-lab like style which was wonderfull!
Sounds ...-Again not much to say,not that much custom stuff and mostly good old classic sounds to hear.
Gameplay 10-DEFINETLY a 10 for the gameplay,unlike azure sheep this mod doesn't throw in badly looking maps,complex places and annoying puzzles making you not wanna play it again.The mod has a great re-play value and lenght wise it's over maybe 4/5 enjoyable hours if you enjoy it on a nice week end.
Overall this is a classic,not that much custom content as much of good maping and gameplay and that's what makes this mod so special.I hope you enjoy playing this
