Cant create a single mod

I dont wana be total looser with mods i want some treaining because look at me i have all the programs (well 3 of them) and i can create a single mod i'm so confused to be a looser dont laaap its aint funny ok?

I did everithing you said and i statr the game then i press tutorial and it kicks me form the game help!!! :(
