Does the Future Tank do double damage because it shoots two projectiles at once? It may sound stupid but I want to know please reply!

Actually forget the Future Tank thing it was in another mod that added Uprising units.

Why do you have a limit on how many Harbingers you can have? Why only one? Balance?
