The window mode works fine. The fullscreen mode have this issue.
I have a problem with the launch of Red Ressurection: i set skirmish options and then press the start button and game doesn`t launch. System tray shows YR launched but window doesn`t expand to full screen and doesn`t do any actions. What should i do to fix this?

The new Air power AI is too passive. Builds too many Helipads and Airfields but so small amount of flying units. I would suggest to increase its economy expansion by building more harvesters and overall unit to structure production ratio by reducing amount of constructed buildings and increased amount of produced units.
Hmmm. Why the Artillery range is so small? It barely outrange The Advanced Guard tower, the Tesla Coil and the Obelisk of Light.
Is it possible to make the Air AI? The specifications - small Navy, Large Airforce and medium ground offensive with artillery focus.
It will be nice to have AI difficulties lvl as well as tactics used by AI.
The NOD looks like have no Antiair units over seas. Is it intended?

BTW A-10 and Frogfoot should release whole payload in one strafing run. Two strafing runs usually kill these planes. Especially the Frogfoot.
It will be nice to add a small Radar to the GDI MLRS unit as it can attack both ground and air units.
The Soviets lacks of mobile Antiaircraft units aside Bazooka troopers and Mammoth Tank. It will be nice to turn soviet APC in the mobile AA missile launcher. Or other dedicated vechicle based AA platform. Same goes to the Allies as well.
And GDI A-10 should drop bombs with small traction speed towards target destination because now it usually drop its bombs way before target.
