i don't have a pirated version but i will try to help you.
First: Is the game running properly? Can you play the campaign, random battles and historic battles?
Try to check first your instalation of the mod if it is well instaled, if all is properly set-up. You could try and re-install the mod , downlaoding and installing all over again .
Don't know what counter-measures the game has against piracy

Managed to play this. I love all the work that has been put into this mod. But i do have some observations about the mod.
Im currently playing as House Stark with Jon Snow as the leader and reconquering the North from the Boltons.
Why are there 3 Jon Snows? 1 in the Nights Watch, another in Stannis faction named "Jon Stark" and the one im controling
I believe this should be fixed, have Edd as Lord Commander of the Night's Watch, have the possibility with Jon Snow to become "King in the North" after reclaiming Winterfell, remove Jon Stark from Stannis Baratheon army entirely.

Also there are some problems with the character audios and alfo their portraits (specially Davos Seaworth).

There should be a text document with all the major scripts that could change the game because i don't know what each faction has to offer or if it is basically like Medieval 2 Total War campaign and there are no big scripts

Also after x turns my game crashes i don't know how . i load up again and everything is fine

Anyway, continue the good work

And holy smokes so many Avari armies everywhere! And strong ones! Good thing they haven't attacked me and that i am neutral to them
Are they able to conquer a settlement and start progressing as a normal faction?
