Not something I would personally get into but I have to admit that this is a really cool game mode.

Is there an option for set starting equipment? Really not a fan of how greatly it randomizes when making a new character, especially since it does it just by switching back and forth between factions.

Is this a final release (excluding bug fixes and such) or will more content be added later? It's fine if this is final, but it would be cool to see this game grow. Haven't started playing yet though, so maybe the game is larger than I'm thinking. Whichever the case may be, it was eight bucks so it should be worth it either way. :)

I still prefer the Internet. For one thing, I can watch almost whatever I want whenever I want. I can pay for cable and still not see anything entertaining on television (especially since I rarely see television programs and movies that I want to watch). For me, I'll just use AdBlock and tolerate whatever gets through. I get more entertainment out of watching free YouTube videos than movies and TV shows. A lot of that is due to my OCD (I've been diagnosed as far as I know, not throwing the term around) I think.

Watching golf for half an hour? Well, in my opinion it's no more boring than watching any other sport on television. xD

I have a question about this mod. I'm assuming the larger scale multiplayer component will be full loot / permadeath / whatever since it would be difficult to balance without a complex system otherwise. So, what about with co-op? Will Co-op have a different system? I doubt it would be very fun to play with your friends if every death is as unfortunate as it is in a game like DayZ or something. And since it's co-op, there is no real economy or competitiveness that can be affected by it so there would be no reason for it anyways. Just wondering because I'm not a full loot / permadeath whatever fan so I won't really care that much about the larger scale multiplayer component, but I'm still very interested in the co-op component.

Ah, alright. If there are problems with multiplayer and it cannot be implemented, please consider making the game instead as singleplayer only. Though I would prefer both, I like the concept and would hate to see the game cancelled because of complications with multiplayer. Though I am really glad you're planning on it having co-op, I can't think of any games like this that are co-op so that would be really cool to see.

You're welcome! Sadly, that does seem to be the case with most Indie games on here. I may not be seeing the whole picture though, since I focus more on lengthy in-depth games rather than more simplistic ones you'd see on Steam for $15.00 at full release. For example, games like this one (open world, multiplayer, etc.) seem to hardly ever get completed. I've noticed that with both ModDB and IndieDB. I think it is because the games that have concepts that are better than the average flash game don't get the funding required for the development team to be able to work on it regularly. Also it's really hard to recruit people when you can't pay them, I found that out first hand when I used to do 3D modeling. I'm hoping this is not the case with this game.

By the way, I noticed it says "Co-op", no singleplayer. I know that not every game needs a singleplayer mode, but with a game like this with all there is to do in an open world environment (and with it being a non-competitive game like DayZ), it would be unfortunate if you really wanted to play it and could not find anyone to play it with you when you want to. There is online matchmaking for some games, but we probably both know that you can get paired with some really undesirable people when you play co-op with strangers.

Anyways, sorry if I sound like I'm trying to dictate the direction the game should go it. Just wanted to give my opinion on it. :)

Glad you posted about Permadeath, I was wondering about that. I'm not a fan of it so I'm glad that you're planning multiple modes. Separate servers would be awesome, that way everyone can enjoy the game as hardcore or non-hardcore as they want. :)

Alright. Well, is there an ETA on that? I'll buy the game as soon as that's in it. The reason I assumed it wouldn't be in the game is because everyone but me seems to be fine with the game in it's current save state. So it seemed like you were going in a different direction. I'm sorry if my post sounded rude, I was trying to make it sound nice while expressing my opinion at the same time.

Yeah, but I don't like starting over whenever I die, especially not in a game with RPG like mechanics.
