I always keep UT99 on the PC I have I have been playing this game since I was a kid but lately I do not play it as much but this mod really brought me back to playing UT99 again because its really in my opinion the best mod for a UT99 fan as the weapons fit really well in UT99 and do not feel out of place they feel like a natural part of the game rather then a mod. The new weapons are creative that allow you create new tactics such as the weapon that shoots ice that allows you to create floating ice platforms in liquid surfaces such as acid, water and even lava I also love the new detailed gore almost making this like a brutal UT99 but the real highlight of the mod are what I like to call are the galaxy destroying weapons that replace the redeemer weapon these weapons effects have to be seen to be believed words cannot do justice to how much in awe I was to see the beautiful visual effects of the ultima protos weapon ripping apart chunks of the level as it creates a massive explosion I must admit I have not tried all the super weapon effects yet but I am really surprised that how all of these effects are able to run on such a old game engine hats off to the developers for making this mod after playing this mod I feel I will be playing UT and this mod till my old age as even though I am not sure if this mod can be played in multi-player (as of this writing UT99 still has players online) I have played UT99 all my life with bots so for me it is no trouble.

This mod is really worth playing just for the action packed and huge levels and the DLC which has one of most cool sections I have ever seen in any mod or game in recent time which is one on a motorcycle I want people to play this mod and see for themselves these moments as words can't do justice of how awesome the motorcycle section is in the DLC I saw some screenshots of the developer or developers making more awesome sections for this mod including the boat section seen in 2001 E3 DNF trailer hopefully at the time of this writing in the future this update will be completed so I can come back to this review and update it and give it a 10/10 because at the time of writing this review the only issue is that is this mod is short in length DLC included when this mod ended all I wished for is more! I really do hope the new update gets completed.

I love the mods combat and homages to the comics, movies, webseries, and The Punisher game as well as the option to play as other great Marvel characters like Deadpool, Nickfury, etc and surprisingly Duke Nukem too. there is a lot of great content in this mod that makes it very replayable.

I have never tried the MODB version but I use the Steam version and I must say if you are a Deus Ex fan this mod is must play! even if you are not interested in the overhaul aspect of the Base Deus Ex game and would rather play it vanilla this mod is still worth installing from Steam just for the Online survival Co-op mode and Steam workshop support that allows you to play The Nameless Mod TC that is getting a large 3 mission update called mission 21 this update for the original TNM updates the maps to look nicer and adds some overhauls to gameplay too and adds a series of new missions that so far has only one new mission added in future more updates are planned to add the 2 remaining missions as a long time Deus Ex fan who has played Deus Ex vanilla a lot I enjoyed both this mod and the new TNM mod update I know the new TNM update can be installed on the OG TNM without Revision but I think the Steam version is a neat package allowing easy installation of both mods which are fantastic for a person like me who has played Deus Ex 1 and TNM vanilla multiple times I also like that the because the mod is very customizable you can enable and disable almost anything in this Mod (which includes graphics and gameplay options) for me however the most important thing me was that even on highest settings the mod worked mostly fine for me because my PC is low end I was initially scared of trying this mod thinking it might overheat my PC but it works as I said before mostly fine it only lagged for me in certain areas but the mod is still being worked on by one person who patches and adds new cool content to the mod so if any issue is there right now at the time of writing this review it maybe be fixed in the future also they may be more cool content that I have not covered here that maybe added in the future one of the most fun things about the mod is the cool updates it keeps receiving for time to time I wish for more updates to keep coming for this mod like this. Overall I strongly recommend this mod for Deus Ex fans who are looking for more Deus Ex fun.

A very nice game really inherits the feel of Half Life that it never gets boring or tedious and keeps introducing new interesting elements as you progress story of the game its also amazing that even though it runs on the Goldsource engine it still has a drivable tank not many games made in Goldsource could have drivable vehicles in them. This game really needs more recognition and is worth your time.

This mod I say is better then most of the games that are being made today it has everything I wanted in a game large detailed open levels with lots of secrets, lots of humour, (something games lack nowadays)
An amazing soundtrack, and Good Level design. Its a really a love letter to the Original Deus Ex.

The mod has an extremely polished HUD,4 new weapons,amazing soundtrack,brilliant looking levels, (my favorite is the chapters in Hong Kong) and a brand new story set in an alternate Deus Ex universe that is good enough to qualify the mod as an un-offical add-on for Deus Ex.

P.S. only the voice acting is a bit offbeat at times.

this mod is great. cool weapons, cool skins, cool gun sounds, new DMW maps few bugs though still great mod and as a fan of Chow Yun Fat and John Woo this mod makes me happy but also makes me hungry for Version 2 of this mod and hope that more Hong Kong heroic bloodshed movie tribute style mods like this will be made soon.
