Hello everyone
Here is the formalization of the construction of deep space 17 (the 1 april 2017)
The objective is to build a base in the jormdar system of the Inner Core galaxy, for that we will need a lot of:
- trains,
- freighters,
- battleship,
- VHF,
- Repair Ships (one per battleships)

- not kill other players
