hi i had the same issue the mod is inside the folder you renamed ecm. the folder you want to put in the mods folder is named (elite_conflict_mod_i) not the (Elite's Conflict Mod v1.0) look inside the mod for (elite_conflict_mod_i) and rename it to (ECM)

Message for everybody that wants to make the mod easy and finds it a bit difficult you will need to edit some files with note pad or anything else you want this is not difficult at all.

1.locate the mod folder "Star_Wars_Battlefront"
2.open the Star_Wars_Battlefront go to Data then xml open it
3.edit files two main files to edit "Difficultyadjustments" and "Planets"

this might sound difficult but trust me it's easy and worth it

How to edit "Difficultyadjustments" open it with note pad

example :<Credit_Multiplier>2</Credit_Multiplier>
this is basically how much or fast the AI gets credits so lets say it's you want the to make it easy you will have lower the number
example: <Credit_Multiplier>1</Credit_Multiplier>
that's it just changed the 2 to 1 between ><
another example:<Damage_Multiplier>0.7</Damage_Multiplier>
AI doing to much damage? let's fix that
<Damage_Multiplier>0.4</Damage_Multiplier>
again all I did is change the number between >< to a lower number to make it easier

how to edit "Planets" open with note pad
this is easy to but just a bit tricky to find the plant the way it works is you edit a planet income or the amount of money it make so for
example I want to edit "Coruscant" and make it earn me 100000 every time I get paid first I would look for <Planet Name="Coruscant"> then below it their should be a line called <Planet_Credit_Value>5000</Planet_Credit_Value> remove the 5000 and put 100000 or what ever amount
same thing for other planets example
<Planet Name="Corulag"> then look for <Planet_Credit_Value>100</Planet_Credit_Value> and edit the number between

Also to make it easy to find the planet you want to edit in note pad when you open it do to edit top left then find and enter planets name

another thing make sure you only edit planets you control if you edit "Coruscant" and play against the empire they will received all the credits you added making them ever harder

remember to save and make backups! before editing

hello I was wondering if there is any way you could maybe once you're finished with the mod or are close to it can you make a second mod in a different pack or maybe in this mod that will add more npc's in the game to make it more populated like putting two people next to each other to make it seem more people are talking to each other or doing some thing.

BTW great mod love the work you've done really inspiring love that there are other people that love this game as much as I do
