Sorry you're still having problems! We're working on fixes for a few connection bugs. Have you been able to get into the lobby at all? Never? If you have any other network devices running, they may be causing connection issues. We'll be fixing that, but for now we're putting suggestions for temporary solutions here: Jollycorpse.com

Hi Nemui! We solved this on Facebook, right? "thanks for the response! it was on the most recent version. but apparently having different networks (like hamachi, in my case) can mess up the online mode. once i deactivated the other network, it worked for me."

That is very strange... Everything I see in Desura says it should be there! Tell you what, for now I'm going to message you a link to it. You should be able to just drop it in that folder. And hopefully everything will be fixed in our next update! :)

Thanks for the compliments! You should have three executables: Wyv and Keep.exe, Settings.exe, and Wyv's Cartographer.exe. The cartographer's icon is a little map with a compass.

If you don't appear to have it, can you let us know how you're playing? Are you on Desura? Do you have Settings.exe?

We've wanted it on Linux for a long time, but have had trouble porting. We promise we'll get it on there eventually, and you certainly won't have to pay for it again. :)

Thanks so much for the info! We've had lots of problems with getting the online play working well, but it's important to us and we're working hard at it. We hope to get the stability much better, the lobby more functional, and yes, in-game chat as well :)

So sorry about this, it seems Windows Media Player is required for XNA games to play music. We understand if you don't want to install this. We're trying to port the game over to Monogame so we can get rid of all the dependencies.

Yes, this was a quick project meant to be available to everyone for very cheap. If it's popular enough, we'd love to spend more time on a proper a sequel with all those things! :)

Saving is all automated, if you complete a level and then quit you should start at the next level next time you play! If it's not doing this, shoot us a private message and we'll try to figure out what's wrong :X

Noticed we forgot to mention Linux and Mac! Yes they're still coming, no we don't have any more information than that. We'll finish the game (soon!) and then port to both. So hopefully not more than a couple more months! :3

It's not!

On the contrary, we're finishing up the end, which is super secret, and working on Mac/Linux ports, so there's simply been little to show! But we're still committed to the Summer 2012 release date! Whether that means this month, July, or August, we're still not certain, but watch for more news soon! :)

Sorry about that! We're slowly working out the bugs but there's still a few (a lot) floating around... Try disabling the music with settings.exe and see if it works. If it does, you need to update/install Windows Media Player. If you don't want to do that (and believe me, we'd understand) you'll have to play without the music for now... but we hope to have the problem fixed soon! If it still crashes, try posting in our forums at Jollycorpse.com

Actually David's working on the Linux build now! He's almost got it to... not crash on start-up! :D

There aren't alternate outfits, but there are purchasable hats! Wyv and Keep can wear hats in both local and online play, so you can save up some coin and then show off online! There are currently 20 hats in the game, but we have many more planned.
