Well, I'm almost out of job, so it's very likely that I won't have time to work on this mod for some, maybe long, time because I will be busy looking for new job. Sorry.
Nope, playing as alien needs more than just model switch, totally new gameplay mechanics that are just not present in BugHunt files.

Don't copy ReadMe file to game folders. Only upk files.
For now "No Dino Heads" seams to not working properly". :(( Will investigate why changed references in files don't take effect in game.
Seams like with the speed in singleplayer, some changes don't take effect from start, in this case - Heads. Rechecked files, changed head reference everywhere where I could - still no effect, dino heads from 8-9 waves.( Will look, but can't guarantee.(
Its normal behaviour. It uses Hudson's pulse rifle model for MK1 PR, so it either non of them have decals, or both.

Its straaaaaange. If standalone works, and after deleting readme it works with Steam - result MUST be the same, its the same file and same changes after all. Either no dine heads in standalone and steam, or still dino heads in standalone and steam.
It works with Survival Experience, but No More Mercs will replace Boilers mod's files. Does Boilers work with Steam version of the game?

There are reports that No More Mercs mod not working well with Steam version of the game. But working fine with "standalone" version. Because I don't have BugHunt in my Steam version of the game, and have NO intention to buying it - please, can some one check if any of No More Mrcs files causes error, or just particular one or two?
Nope, cant find a way to change singleplayer spawns, there are just no xeno definitions in files for those parts with mercs. And it's strange thing with corrupted dlc. Will look, but may be some sort of Gearbox "protection" patch thing.( But I don't have BugHunt on my Steam version (got the @internet@ version with it, works there). So maybe some one can point me to the guy that created @Only Boilers@ mod? Is it working with steam?

Very strange. What are archives and upks sizes (in bytes)? may be corrupt download. And be sure to remove original upk files from game directory. Can you send or post screens of that message and Contents folder? Also try to run without No More Mercs. If it runs ok with original files - try replacing ups on NMM mod one by one and see witch causes trouble.
Uloaded yet another two versions, different aliens and Lurkers only, they are both with No Dino Heads, added to them ability to Weld and Cut doors. Thanks to the moder that initialy lookedup this variables (don't now his name though :( )
Just checked on my machine - Servival Exp v2 and No More Mercs No Dino Heads - game starting, BugHunt Starting. Try rechecking catch and then reinstalling mods.

Found a way (like in other mod by other modder) to enable welding. will add it to No More Mercs mods.

Uploaded two versions of "No More Mercs" mod!) One just replacing mercs with soldiers and lurkesr, other one replacing all spawns with lurkers.)) Will work on replacing dinosaur heads next.
Sorry for the delay with BugHunt mod, to much work on official job.( But from next ween I'm on a vocation so exmect new mod soon.)

Any feedback? Is everything alright? No need to rebalance anything? BugHunt mod to remove mercs and put aliens to their place will be done around end of next weekend.
The host player determines is mode used or not. If host have mod - all players use it. I dont think that if instead of mercs there will be aliens it make anything harder. Dut it sure will make experience more movie like.) Regarding Damage and health armor rebalance in DeathMatch and ect pvp there also if host have mod - all players affected. If player controlled aliens uses same damage tipe as npc then it will be like in singleplayer, aliens kills marines alot faster, but also die faster. Like in movie.
