An issue is that the claims against MegaUpload are not very good from a legal standpoint.
If MegaUpload is sentenced for things like "not having a search bar", it's setting a dangerous precedent in the courts, which is just as damaging as a bill like SOPA.

We'll see, but honestly, most of the charge that I've read is based on made-up figures and weird comments on what they spent their money on. Will be a case to watch.

Obligatory stealth section?
Please please consider how much that usually sucks in almost all games, no matter how appropriate it might seem right now. The choice for stealth is always good, but it should always be a choice, unless the rest of the game constantly involves stealth as well.
Not saying you guys were going to do that or anything, but I had warning bells go off, and wanted to share (;

Edit: Mute characters are fine, but then they probably will need some extra effort on characterization, eg facial animation/ recognizably different personalities/ facial features + modelling.

Like ponpat said, it's a little bit worrying when you spend a week on fun details, that perhaps aren't part of the core game. But I think as long as you guys implement it in clever ways, you'll be adding enough value to make it more than worth it.
This stealth choke and body dragging is interesting on its own, but I would really really like to see what happens when you put it into enemy AI, and perhaps allow pulling around of not only bodies, but other elements. Would really explode the opportunities for this.

The stealth/sound system sounds like it's going to be awesome- I really look forward to seeing the 'background sound makes you harder to hear' feature implemented. Makes me excited about ambient sound effects for a change!
A small negative though, now that I've noticed how the rabbits ears move, it really bothers me. They seem a bit... soggy.

You guys are really creative with a lot of your game mechanics, so I'm a bit disappointing to see a basic 'level select' map.
I think an open world (doesn't have to be seamless), with quick-travel options (the map looks nice, use it for that!!), is so much more appealing. I think it's still possible to have very clear progression and objectives, without cutting everything into 'levels'.

UI-wise I always really enjoy 'integrated' UI, eg Dead Space. That 'tech' UI doesn't really work for overgrowth, but health can easily be shown by animation/ character speed/ blood textures etc, and you could have the characters look at a map themselves/ check a pouch for items. The tricky way to do it for sure, but I like immersive UI.

No, because it's PAY WHAT YOU WANT. How much it costs elsewhere, is irrelevant. And people complaining about other people paying little amounts for the humble indie bundle are pathetic. They ignore that it is the thousands of these so-called 'SAD' people put together that earns the bundle nearly a mil pretty much every time they do something.

If you don't want people to pay what they want, don't set that as the price- and proceed not to make as much money as the humble bundles. Trust me.

But you have to be careful not to spend to much time on very area specific assets, because having detailed areas amongst non-detailed expanse is going to start looking a bit fragmented, imo. Stalls will have parts that will be useful in adding life to most town areas though.
Rabbit food... They eat brambles, that would be cool (:

Yes, except that with this agreement the modders can't 'disagree'.
If they could, any ******* who's quickly made a mod of something could effectively stop all updates in Minecraft involving even the idea or concept of what they've done. Once development of Minecraft stops, then that wont be necessary anymore, but it hasn't even been officially 'released' as a 1.0 yet.
You don't have to go to law school to realise that this would probably mean the end of Minecraft production (Unless Sweden has 'special' laws, but I don't think so).
