if you don´t want to use steam. look in gwarez.cc there are many games to download for FREE, and rome alexander too. maybe you have problems because all good hosters disappeared and only worse one are left. but with a premium account(not free :-( ) or enough time spent on downloading you can get it there.

also for only few dollars you can buy rome total war and/or alexander in amazone or any other market in the internet, WITHOUT steam. i bought rome total war 5 years ago for 15 euro in a lokal market, but alexander i later downloaded from gwarez.

no one of the 3 ways is working for people in china.
