How about some zombies locked to a building on a chain, but the owner died, it would make more sense because zombies wouldn't return to a specific spot if they saw somebody, they would keep going.

as long as the zombies have more than an old house :).

Do the zombies have any other buildings? If they don't then there should be a big hole or dead body's pre-placed on the ground and they act as a barracks or Weapons support center. And to make it fair it should have to be activated like how the german's do it.

the "Reversed Defense" map wont work, I play it and when its in the loading screen it takes me back to the main menu.

There should be a Bandit enemys, they want everything for themselfs, food supplies, so they try to kill your army. While zombies are still around.
It should be on a 3 player map.
They should be in all black like a biker army.
