My name is Eric and I am the project coordinator/Producer, PR Lead, and Lead writer of the Released Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars modification Tiberium Secrets. As an established team that has been in development since 6/2011, we're technically classified as a mod, however, our content, documentation, connections and accomplishments go above and beyond conventional modding.
We consist of both hobbyists and individuals striving to get into the games and entertainment industries, which has resulted in us networking with several of the original developers and executives who've been involved in the original franchise, as well as others in the Industry. We also obtained 3 sponsored passes for the Game Developers Conference (GDC 2017)& GDC 18, valued at ~2K each, for leadership.(totaling 6K)
We're looking for dedicated individuals interested and able to continue this journey with us.

We are trying to keep up a friendly and family-like atmosphere on the team. That is why one of our most important requirements for all of the below positions is to have an open mind toward your own work and that of other team members. We are striving for high production value materials and want all of our members to work in an environment that is efficient and well-organized. All the work you do will receive the credit it deserves. Since this is an online project, you are going to need a microphone for communication via Skype.
As one of the promotional artists you will mainly be responsible for drafting a variety of Science fiction concepts. Some of which will be used for promotional public relations purposes, while others will be standard concepts for modeling by our 3D artists. We’re also looking to illustrate our lore to some degree. Each Artist will need to be able to specialize in one of the alternatives below, if your able to do more than one, that's a huge bonus. Concepts must be dark gritty and realistic.
While there are no monetary rewards, We constantly rank very highly during each update, have a look at our stats Moddb.com, atleast 450K+ visits, these positions also give the great chance to not only gain experience in your fields, but to also work together with highly motivated individuals in an established team. It is required to give and take constructive criticism and simply push the designs to the limits to give the player the best gaming experience possible. In addition, we are focussing on creating high quality in all points of design, which means that you'll get great video material to publish on your blogs/websites to showcase your work. You can expect a solid foundation and work done in every area of development, since the project has been in development for a many of years already. The team leader takes documentation and planning very seriously. The team leader and or your specific department lead may write you a reference letter or give a verbal reference for future work-relationships.
Each position requires a minimum of roughly 8-10 hours per week. (depending on position) The amount of time you have to put into this project is highly depending on how efficient you work. It makes sense that you will need less time, if you produce high quality at any point, so the given times are just a rough estimate. It is very important that you can react to e-mails and inquiries via smart phone or any other devices, though. We also have regular team meetings, which we highly recommend attending to.
