We are a team of two brothers looking for someone to contribute to our larger ongoing project. We are in need of a 3D artist who is preferably a generalist, but we're open to smaller specific roles such as environmental art, etc.
Our current project is a redefining of survival horror, with an emphasis on survival in an old fantasy world with a streak of the macabre. Where the player finds themselves to be the mistaken ghoulish figure of fairy tales.
(The barrier to entry for this position is fairly low, as long as you can make decent quilty static assets we'll consider you).
Comply with a realistic art style.
Able to at least make well-crafted textured 3D static objects.
Able to follow a Game Design Doc, and openly communicate
(Preferably via voice, Skype, Discord, etc.)
Versed in both environment, and character creation pipelines.
Working knowledge of Unreal Engine 4
Able to create complex shaders
Able to rig and animate
Able to produce quality UI
Able to contribute creatively in design and writing well.
Able to create music (Not in the job description but a big plus).
Pipeline: Zbrush, 3DS Max, Substance, UE4, etc.
(This is preferable, however, the end result of your work is what matters).

As far as the revenue share that's something we can work out in a contract. Ideally, revenue would be split in 3rds, but that will be dependent on the level of work able to be done.
