Looking for someone who has…
● An outstanding eye for detail and an absolute passion for creating compelling UI
● Strong passion for games of all types (Story Games, Puzzle Games, Arcade Games, etc) and knowledge of their development pipelines
● Expert understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and UMG
● Outstanding communication skills, including both explaining what needs to be done and listening to what others have to say
● Exemplary leadership capabilities and a strong drive for process improvements
● Outstanding analytical skills to understand, seek, and solve complex problems
● Ability to self-motivate and motivate others
● Experience collaborating with and leading a UI team, with at least one shipped title in a lead role
● One or more shipped titles using Unreal Engine 4
Pluses
● Experience creating UX prototypes and menu flows while we also fill our UX designer role
● Fluency in Jira and Confluence
● A passion for horror games
