//--Project Information
The Lead Programmer will be working on a title that has various mechanical roots from other games such as: Magic the Gathering, Hearthstone, Warframe, Dungeons and Dragons, and various Streamer Interactions. A Single-Player campaign is being written and will feature various modes of Co-Op Multiplayer.

We welcome experienced developers that are looking to pass on their knowledge and teach the next generation of developers, by working with teams in a remote environment to create amazing works. Perhaps you’ve recently been let go, retired, or just got sick of the office life commute to a major development studio; and are looking for some pleasant home office work to keep your talents sharp.

VAStudios developed and published Adventurer Manager through the Greenlight process on Steam. The game entered into Early Access and also went 'Game Complete' into a Full Release with patches and DLC. (https://steamcommunity.com/app/280320/)

VAStudios also prides itself as a 'Teaching Development Studio' with a secondary focus on helping those that are new to the Gaming Industry. Help them gain first-year experience by working with a team in an online environment. We are always looking for experienced developers, of all talents, that have worked in the Game Industry and are looking for a more relaxed and home/remote environment to work in.

//--What's happening in 2016 with VAStudios
VAStudios has pushed its two main projects through being design complete and is currently on track to complete internal build playtesting, and a demo release, for our investors.

//--What We're Looking For
To come in and assist the current team with streamlining the build, updates, and process of release. Lead the team with the creation, tweaking, improving, updating, and fluidity of various mechanics and design of the projects. Working with Steamworks SDK, Multiplayer, Cloud Saving, Twitch/Streaming Integration, and potential MT's. The Lead Programmer is expected to be active with communication on a daily basis and work directly with the Game Designer, Producer, and Writer.

We are very interested in finding our Departmental Leads by the end of this year, which are planned to grow into Full/Part-Time positions. The right person(s) for these positions should be self-driven and have a passion for creating. We're certainly looking for that ‘drive to succeed’ attitude with a focus on "We" instead of "I" personalities. It's always our goal to see our teams succeed and grow their careers.

//--Expected Software/Websites to Use for Communication

* Perforce & Github (Private)
* Google Drive / Inbox
* Slack Communication Software
