Big Sir Games is working on their first title, Cosmo’s Quickstop – an action/time-management game about running a gas station in space! We’re looking for a talented community manager to help our small team communicate with fans via Facebook, Twitter, mailing lists, blogs, and Discord. You’ll establish the outward facing identity of Big Sir Games that matches our company culture and sense of humor.
Job responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with our team as we get closer to launch
Create content and assets that can be shared with the community
Run all of Big Sir Games’ social media, plus mailing lists, occasional blogs, and Discord
Brainstorm new and creative ways to engage with the community
Required skills:
Outgoing personality and strong sense of humor
Passion for video games and a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in indie games
Experience in running social media campaigns, blogs (WordPress), and mailing lists (Mail Chimp)
Excellent written communication skills
Bonus qualities:
Experience in Photoshop and Premiere/After Effects (or any similar software)
Local to Chicago

Part-time (max 20 hours/week)
