ini coding is the thing that modifies the game, the thing that creates mods, models, new units, etc..... ini coding has a little influence on WorldBuilder, its the thing that makes the sky rain, it also changes the colors of water and changes the prices of everything! It is the key to make your map looks so enjoyable and fun.
However, we're not gonna post any ini tutorials because its not really that important its only important if you want to make the sky rain snowy or water and yeah the same words I said in the first paragraph.
