Am the only one here who dislikes Space Woulvs? They wiped out an entire planet, forced an entire legion and their Primarchs to go traitor (Who was only trying to help) and they never regretted any of it. IMHO they were biggest A-hole space Marine legion before Bjorn took over. (Then the DA took over the crown)

I agree completely, not to mention when Russ took it upon himself to try and get Angron to stop with the nails and that went just as well.

Well, they only did it because they thought it was the Emperor's will.

But really, the first thing Russ should have done was try to one on one convince Magnus to peacefully return to Terra. Not just send an interceptable vox message and then go Gung-ho with his entire damned legion.

If you read Prospero burns, that's exactly what he tried to do.

Nope, after magnus goes through to terra, he and Russ do not talk at all. Russ tries to talk astropathically him but horus blocks all that

Yeah. But i found it extremely annoying and anti-climactic to see a Primarch give up so easily and resign themselves to terrible fates. Didn't like the way they just accepted things.

You do realize it was Horus that told him to burn Prospero? He was still thought to be loyal, and he WAS Warmaster, so he spoke with the Emperor's authority. If Horus tells you the Emperor wants **** done, you best get that **** done. Russ was also all too eager to 'settle the score' for that Library incident on Ark Reach Secundus.
