Virus Bombing of Istvaan III? Or when the virus bomb capsules broke open in The Eisenstein?

This looks more like what happened in Mortarion's ship when he tried to make his way to Terra during the HH.

this is actually from Flight of the Eisenstein AFAIK, when the Life Eater breaks loose in the gunnery deck of the frigate shortly before it flees the Isstvan system.

Day 3: We have begun to clear the deepest recesses of the 'Golden Throne'. Reports of fumes damaging protective gear appear to be true. The Imperial Guardsmen assigned to this detail have described the pungent odour as 'the aftermath of curry night at the local pub'. This term, as far as we can decipher, is in reference to the spicy curry dishes of the ancient nation of India that became a common cheap dish in Public Houses located throughout the ancient United Kingdom, and the violent effects they would have upon the internal organs of the native British population.
