So, I'm guessing Alpha Legion dude on Prospero after its fall?
In any case, that cloak is pretty well painted.

most of Prospero was ashes and glass after the Wolves were done with it, with pretty much only the ruined pyramids of Tizca sticking out of the rubble piles. i also remember reading that after the battle the planet was shrouded in darkness due to all the stuff kicked up by the fighting and orbital bombardment blotting out the sun.
Sniper rifles, because footslogging it is for suckers.
