It is very nice
Scrin-ish, I like the powerplant area it looks like a holding pen for the primitive earthlings.

Choosing Scrin to make nice bases is a risk as their structures don't help, but it looks like you overcame that and built a base that might well win the competition.
It's okay. After looking at the Xfire images the whole base seems really crowded together. Which is really bad if this were to be a practical base.
i'm not that good at base building :/
