i know the program witch he used,but how do i MAKE THIS?!
I really like the lighting, but the depth of field and blur can just go off itself lol

Yap. Its weird, shaded, blurred, it came out like you are playing with a plasticine.
Or a tabletop game.
I barely have any idea what I am looking at.
More interested in what was used(which program) to attain such a graphic effect and what map it is?

you are seeing right now some cobras getting in their way to the base
he used ReShade and the map,i think it's a custom map
And he combined tib easence with a mod named chronoshared by chronosheep

This looks pretty amazing. It could be great for machinima-like recordings. I gotta try this out sometime!
