Scrin AT defense replacement Thread - Tiberium Essence Fans

The standers scrin AT defense looks like a fish fin and its weapon (as with all plasma disk weapons) is absolutely pathetic and looks week sounds week no mater the effect it has. I think it would be a good idea to replace it with this

Moddb.com Of course it would be smaller than that because it would be a basic defense not advanced.It would have the same cost, damage and area of effect only with a different projectile and model

make it a lazor as weapon

Looking at the way the gun is made and the projectile looking thing in it looks like it would shoot a energy bolt/ball but not like the standard plasma ball the normal AT gun shoots

It should be changed, yes. Due to mainly one reason; The Plasma disc launcher is an AT weapon. While the Devestator Warship is also using discs, the discs looks the same, but the Devestators is made for AP and Anti-Strucutre. I dont think that makes sense really. However, a laser just makes it a clone of Nod's AT defence. It needs to be something else.

My idea is a white bolt that is fattened in the middle that has crackles of energy around it.

the devastator now uses anti-matter beam, not discs. now the discs are totally an AA amd AT weapon

This replacement sounds pretty nice.

i dont think the scrin need another AA defense... the storm tower is already amazing.

The storm column is exceptive and need to be teched up to. The scrin still need a non t3 anti vehicle

... and whats wrong with their current one? it can take on non t3 vehicles... combine with tank support, and you've got an effective AT line...
