I don't know if anyone likes the idea of turning the looks of Nod power plant and Hand to a more Tiberian sun like, but I have already made a mod which changes the look. If you wish to add it in Tiberium Essence mod I will be happy to give the source files (if the mod is good enough for Tiberium Essence :D).
When you open youtube links, under description are two images of power plant upgrade, damage model, and nod hand damage model.

I dont really like these models you provided in perticular. However! I do actualy have something to say about the powerplants: Why would both GDI and Nod change their powerplants so drasticly really? Especialy GDI since their current one in TW/TE looks like a model from Tiberian Dawn, which would make even less sense.

It's a subject to think about for sure.

And also with the Hand of Nod. The one in TW looks like from TD, with the hand rising from the ground and holding the globe. I personally prefer the look from TS. (Don't get me wrong, I like both designs, but since TW is a sequel to TS i think the buildings should resemble more like TS buildings :D)
