How about adding the cnc4 mastadon to the game for GDI as only a special ability (deployable anywhere to the battlefield) about 1/2 the health and strenght of the MKII and can only be used every 10 game minutes :D
i kinda like the unit just cant figure out how to add it with already having the MKII in the game and i would rather have the MKII if that is all i get...

also it would be about 3/4 the size of the MKII

im not really feeling this one... it just doesnt seem right for gdi to now have even more super units...
but, it is up to the programmer, for what he does, is amazing, and i will support him no matter what. (unless he fails so bad as to make something completely unusable...)

Well yeah i see what you are saying but GDI is suppose to be the super power, Nod is supposed to be stealthy and deceptive, and Scrin is supposed to be somewhere in the middle... and well Scrin is the main super power because of the conquerer so GDI needs something to help out the MKII when things get rough..

I was thinking that it would probably cost the same as the MKII or maybe even $7500 because it can be deployed anywhere...

Although I haven't tried Nod's newest toy of destroying Mammoth-class vehicles, I say no on this one. And that's for two reasons.
1)You said that the Conqueror is the most powerful, but in order to be t needs to assimilate all 3 technologies, and taht's hard, time-costly and a resource-killer. You also need to have all factions in-game and be lucky enough to have them build walkers, destroy them and don't get killed while assimilating them. As far as I remember, a Conqueror with two technologies can't take down an upgraded Mk2, so there's no problem caused by the Conqueror.
2)The Mastodon sucks in any way possible, it would downgrade the overall looking of the mod a lot.

I think it's just a redundance of the MK II, already present on TE.
