When you forgot to allow upgrades to that one rear unit that you never expect to use HoI2...
Yes I know the actual story behind it:
UK send tanks to help the Whites in the Russian Civil War, they got captured by the Reds, preserved somewhere. When the Germans invaded they captured them and put them in a museum along with all the other samples of foreign tanks they captured. At the end of WWII they were dragged out as makeshift bunkers (their engines stopped working a long time ago).
