Description
Rare depiction of an American M3 Lee in the hands of the Soviet forces. "For Stalin" is written on the side armor. It was largely unpopular in the Red Army for all reasons imaginable: high profile, weak armor, slow traction and a large crew of 6. By the time these tanks arrived in the USSR in late 1942, the 75mm gun was also obsolete.
and this is why Rommel kicked British *** xD cuse they had this :P

Actually, the M3 medium models (more specifically the M3 Grant), were used by the British against Rommel. And on the contrary the M3s helped the British beat Rommel (though not the main cause of victory).
Rommel was beating up the British because he was a brilliant tactician, but he still lost. (possibly because his forces did not get needed supplies and equipment. Rommel's forces were handicapped)
Very bad tank, would have been better if they made it a full fledged tank destroyer instead.
Still, a whole miracle it worked =) Also, I've seen one that still runs today.

with all respect i hate this tank so much.
