Serious tank is serious, now with even more style!
That's the problem of a very low tank!
The hull touches the ground and your paint-job is ruined! :\
yeah, but still, beeing low gives it better options to take cover, and in war, the paint-job would be gone very soon.
and pain't job ain't really that important (unless you're in a forest).. all you need is some anti-corrosion pain't and you're ready to go..
Don't want to know what the development costs for German taxpayers. I'm feeling dizzy, knowing my money is spent for such thing.... technically really interesting, but knowing this machine brings death, I'm not so keen of my tax money spent on it.

True, but most of the Systems on that "Upgrade Kit" for the a4 are made by IBD, whitch is a private company. Our taxes are only in the few Leopard 2a4 whitch have been used for demonstration and testing.
But i still wonder, if our Leopards will be upgraded, or if all that stuff will be on the Leopard 3, but i hope they will chose the upgrade since it will be les expensive.
Oh noez the German evil government spends money on the countrys murdering national defence! What a total bunch of idiots, Everybody know there will be no more wars because we live in a perfect world with no reasons to be jealus on another country! ...until the Oil reserves are empty and the never ending rising of the population in Africa leads to MASSIVE hunger dissasters, and if this enviromental crap is true, when the whole equator is scorched, what onse where savannas becomes desserts.
