logon changer is a free download which allows you to change the drab default logon screen into any thing you want.
step 1: download windows logon changer
step 2: when download is finished, go to the program and select a file from your computer
step 3: when you select your file, then select your pic and hit "apply"
step 4: press down "ctrl+alt+del" to view your work.
