This is a group that was created for anyone who loves Star Wars, may it be the books, games, films and modding. This is the place for you to enjoy star wars!
To whom does it belong? Kreia, Atris, Meetra?
It should contain info about Revan, Mandalorian Wars, Sith Emperor etc.
Come on, we want KOTOR to be canon, right?
All the above but I hate how it ended more questions than answers. Did Ahsoka die, is maul trying to become the new emperor what's his angle, and what will be in that sith holocron
Executive producers will certainly tie up some loose ends in due time. For now, we can only wonder and speculate what may happen in the next season.
Ezra is tainted by darkness, so he can access this obscure device in order unveil its secrets. I hope it contains a lot of valuable info about KO-TOR era. I don't expect much, but some memorable name and events should pop up.
I seriously doubt Maul would dare to face his former master, but he's still ambitious and crafty, so we'll have to wait and see what are his aspirations.
Oh Snips is alive, Dave F. would never let her die. And imagine all those kids and adolescents crying over Snips, they would sue Dave. It wouldn't be a nice move to erase a lovable character that allures TCW fans, especially the female audience. She's a marketing doll.
What's your opinion on Vader&Snips; duel?
Dramatic it was good though didn't know ahsoka had it in her to even lash out at her former master
And I will admit Ahsoka is one of my personel favorite female character in star wars
"One quickly learns that the Jedi Code does not give all the answers. If you are to truly understand, then you will need the contrast, not adherence to a single idea." -Kreia-
(that's how I look at Snips now) :)
I was crying during the duel. It was so nicely done and so sad yet so awesome!
It was definitely a compelling duel. And their entire conversation was nicely done.
Vader's lust for power distracted him for a brief moment, which let Snips stop his former master.
And I must admit she's a fast ninja + samurai :)
So far, the main candidates that I'm considering for the Sith Holocron voice are Traya, Zannah, possibly Meetra, or some of the the Sith from Vitiate's empire... maybe even his daughter (Vaylin)?
I sincerely hope it's Kreia - Youtube.com she's one of the most riveting, perceptive and fascinating SW characters. She has extensive knowledge of the Force and history. She would be a perfect choice to promote and solidify the KO-TOR era.
Vaylin appears to be completely corrupted and beyond redemption, but we shouldn't take everything at face value. I suppose she'll become hesitant and doubtful in due time. She may be a key figure in the end-game. I'd rather choose Atris over Vaylin, she was a historian and potent force-user. All in all, Kreia should be the "chosen one" ^_^
Don't forget that Traya hated the force. As such I don't see her as being a good candidate for teaching Ezra. It's possible but her end goal was the complete destruction of the force. She couldn't accept the fact that ultimately whether Jedi or Sith, the force always ruled over the user instead of the user ruling over the force.
Additionally Atris (at least in my pt) was I believe redeemed. Although in the lore, she was later sentenced by the new Jedi order for her crimes. Can't recall what her punishment was... Either way I disagree with them sentencing her since it's basically repeating the same mistakes that the order did when Meetra returned to them after the Mandalorian Wars or when they blamed and exiled Kae (I believe Kae later became Traya/Kreia) for Revan's willingness to save the Republic. Although it's also said that Kae was exiled for her relationship with an Echani warrior/diplomat iirc.
I guess Traya would make Ezra doubt himself the most. I sure as heck know she managed to make me feel bad about helping others... Seriously her arguments were really compelling! But I somewhat doubt she would have made a holocron unless she expected her plan to destroy the force to fail. Since one needs the force to open a holocron, right? Vaylin would be the most fitting based on how the holocron personality seems to have acted thus far... I mean Traya would use world's as bait but she didn't want them to be destroyed and I think Atris wanted to protect Telos so I can't really see either proposing excessive destruction.
Maybe it's a version of Meetra prior to the final battle? Where she's kind of slipping into the dark side like many of the Jedi that joined that war. But since Malachor was once on the boarders of Sith space. This holocron/temple may be even from before Revan's time. Although if that was the case I would have expected Revan to have raided it as soon as he returned as a Sith.
