If you don't like the default cross hairs used, I believe I've made the perfect cross hair to help better your aim and accuracy!
So go to bg3 in you library, right click it and go all the way down to "Properties". Then go to the "Local Files" tab then click "Browse Local Files" . Once your in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battle Grounds III , then click on the "bg3" folder then "materials" , and then "hud". So your file directory should look like this now C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battle Grounds III\bg3\materials\hud.
Scroll down till you find the file called "crosshair.vtf". Drag and drop it out of its folder and open up .rar custom crosshair folder and then move and replace the missing spot with the " 'Custom' crosshair.vtf " file. Now make a separate folder called "bg3 backup" or whatever you so chose and put the bg3 vanilla crosshair file in there for safe keeping! You should now be able to launch bg3 and see the custom cross hair in game!
