Just because someone has a learning disability or impairment doesn't mean they don't have a right to live and exist- We live in a civilized society, the fact that someone needs additional help in life is better a reason than any to do just that.
If there's one thing I know for sure, it's that underestimating anyone's capacity to be 'human' is the surest path to losing yours.
If you're a **** then I suppose the answer would be no but then we'd be debating about what a **** you are and not whether someone with a disability should exist or not.
If you're saying "should parents have the right to abort a baby with a disability if they learn about it during pregnancy?" then that's another matter. IMO it all depends on the type of disability. If they're being born with one which only mostly constitutes of suffering then I think the parents should be allowed. I don't believe in needless suffering of both the parent and child. However others can be coped with and managed to the point where a person with a disability can lead a normal life.
So what are we suppose to be debating here exactly?
Is it if we think he looks badass in that superman costume because he certainly does.
Damn straight.
Why is this even a question? OF COURSE

What sort of stupid question is that?
