Did we land on the moon?

I've heard that up to 20% of the American public doesn't believe we ever landed on the moon, and I've seen several comments around Moddb proclaiming the same thing. Do you think that we made it to the moon or not, and why?
because of a mythbuster test i think that going to the moon is actually possible, somewhat. but if someone makes an excellent case against it then i will accept that nobody went to the moon, i guess the topic doesnt interest me too much...

Well I don't think we needed this fact to know that xD I do hope the statistic was wrong, there have been varying numbers declared, but I've seen 20% pop up several times.
It still fascinates me how people declare "science conspiracy theories", like landing on the moon. I imagine the sheer magnitude of such a conspiracy, and the effort required to keep a massive portion of the most intelligent people in the world silent, would be many times more difficult than actually getting there.
Of course we landed on the moon. Years ago when I heard that some people didn't believe this, naturally I Googled their theories to hear why and none of their theories had any basis or any evidence just as I had suspected (as is the norm for pretty much every conspiracy theory I've ever heard of). I know the flag moving at one point is mentioned a lot but from I recall, this is due to the fact that there's no atmosphere to stop it after it had been put up.
People just make conspiracies out of everything. My favorite one personally is the one where the queen is actually a lizard who secretly yearns for world domination. I do like the hollow earth conspiracy too but I think the flat earth conspiracy tops it (they claim the governments have soldiers around the earth to stop anyone from going to the edge and proving the earth isn't actually a sphere).
Well America did land on the moon...
but it was because as eccelsia pointed out because of the lizard people.
